Hudson, a new american brasserie, is the newest member of the Marzano-Garibaldis family. Featuring the cuisine of executive chef Rob Holt and chef de cuisine Doug Borkowski, Hudson serves a dynamic and diverse fare that highlights the local and artisan ingredients we are committed to, as well as the talent and creativity of our chefs.
Hudson's lounge/bar area serves happy hour from 4:30-6:00pm 7 days a week, and remains open for cocktails and wine until midnight Sun-Thurs and 1:00am on the weekends.
Our private dining room seats up to 50 people for private events of all kinds, and accommodates up to 75 for casual parties.
